Jon Block, CEO, has 30 years of finance and investing experience. He began his career at Goldman Sachs and has led businesses for UBS and Nomura Securities. Jon has been involved with Loft Inc. for 7 years, first as an investor and later as a Board Member, and now leads Loft3Di as it makes investments to grow its footprint as the largest 3D model production provider at scale for use in ecommerce.

Lindsay Dillon, VP of Business Development, works cross-functionally to lead Loft3Di’s efforts in driving revenue growth. With over 10 years of experience in the digital content space cultivating strategic business opportunities, her deep understanding of the retail, ecommerce and mobile commerce industries ensures Loft3Di is able to meet clients’ end-to-end 3D modeling needs.

Ke (Jerry) Xu, Loft3Di’s General Manager, has 13 years of global operations experience, with more than 8 years of senior people-management experience leading large-scale teams. His ability to lead expansive operating initiatives is underscored by his ability to adapt and transform methodologies, tooling and evolving best practices that continually improve Loft3Di’s workflows.
